If you’re struggling with your hormones then join us.  This unique program is a cross between a workshop where you'll learn how to manage your physical and mental symptoms (poor sleep, weight gain, brain fog, poor concentration, hot flushes etcetera) and a group counselling program where you'll get the chance to explore what is going on for you emotionally (increased anxiety, depression, moodiness, tearfulness, irritability, and even rage !!!). 

 

You’ll not only gain a deep understanding of what’s going on in your body and why you feel like you feel, you’ll also find out what you can do to balance your hormones and support these natural changes. Most importantly - you’ll be guided and supported through all those emotional ups-and-downs of menopause.​​

Although every woman goes through it and it's "the most natural thing in the world", perimenopause and menopause certainly don't feel natural when it happens to you!  However, if you can understand what's going on in your body you'll find it easier to make small adjustments to your lifestyle that can have a large impact not just on your physical health but also your emotions and productivity.  After all, menopause affects our minds as much as it does our bodies!

Support is everything

Don't do it alone

Nature has everything we need to get us through menopause.  From herbs and foods to other women and emotional support - it's all right here for us.  Come and learn how to adjust your diet, use nature's medicinals and make small changes to your lifestyle so that you can flourish during this time.  

My aim is that by the end of the program you'll know how to manage your hormones naturally through making small changes to your diet and lifestyle.  And when I say small changes I mean changes that you can make easily, that suit your unique lifestyle, preferences and budget. 

 

I don't sell any supplements but do recommend foods, herbs and aromatherapy oils that you can buy in most supermarkets or pharmacies.  I also don't follow a specific step-by-step program because every group of women is different and has different needs.  Groups are small, personalised and run for four weeks so that you have time to make the lifestyle adjustments, see how they work for you and come back with questions.  You'll come for four two-hour sessions spread over one month.  You can join an online group or in-person group.  See below for the next available dates!
