Ruth develops long-term relationships with motivated, driven individuals who are exhausted, chronically fatigued or burnt-out. She guides, inspires and sometimes challenges “over-achievers”, “A-type personalities”, “go-getters”, students, leaders and entrepreneurs all the way back from burnout to balance.
Ruth is a mother of two who loves hiking, reading and travelling. She holds a Master’s Degree in Homoeopathy and is registered as a Homoeopathic Doctor in South Africa. Here homoeopathic educational standards and registration are closely aligned with those of medicine. The Master’s Degree in Homoeopathy is a 6-year full-time degree which includes human anatomy & dissection, human physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, general pathology, systemic pathology, histology, psychology, psychopathology, phytotherapy and nutrition in addition to Homoeopathy. In order to maintain her professional registration, Ruth regularly attends training in Functional Medicine, Phytotherapy, Nutrition and Biopuncture.
Ruth studied Health Coaching through the American Primal Health Coach Institute and in both her professional and personal life she focuses on evolutionary-based lifestyle principles such as diet, exercise, sleep and stress-management. Ruth is also qualified in Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
